•         Responsible of Accounts & Finance function including day to day accounting.

•        Review of Monthly reconciliation of Accounts, Journal ledgers, etc.

•        Total responsibility Ensuring proper internal control system regarding accounting system.

•        Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors and internal Auditors.

•       Furnishing periodical data and information’s required by banks, financial institutions and Government bodies.

•       Analysis inventory of raw material, work in progress, finished goods, stores and spares and exercising inventory control.

•        Preparation/Verification of monthly stock statements.

•        Calculation of TDS u/s 192 and payment of the same, filing of TDS returns.

•        Monitoring & Guideline towards GST related matters.

•        Keep proper check and balance over pricing policy.

•        Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, Etc.

•        Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, reporting for submission to CFO.

•        Review & approve payment vouchers, purchase & journal entries

•        Accounts reconciliation, interest calculation sheet and policies for the set up.

•        Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy

•        Regular accounting, review sub-system posting positions, month end close, inter-co clearing, suspense clearing.

•        Completeness and Accuracy of ledger data for Reporting / Tax / Analytical requirements

•        Preparation of standalone and consolidated financials as per IGAAP and Ind-AS

•  Develop internal policies to be in compliant with IFRS – accounting standard (For ex. revenue recognition, depreciation)

•  Continually review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency; proactively raise management attention to problems and resolutions in financial processes and controls.

•  To lead on the annual statutory year-end requirements, agreeing timetables and responsibilities with all involved, with the primary focus being to achieve a clean audit.

• Capable of undertaking detail design & engineering of Civil deliverables like Isolated foundation/Mat foundation/pile foundation for Equipment, hard stands; Pipe Rack, Process Structure as pert of Revamp / Brown field / Green Field Projects. 

• Capable to undertake detail design & engineering of Structural deliverables for Process structures, Piperacks and miscellaneous steel structures as part of Revamp / Brown field / Green Field Projects

• Candidate shall have a detailed understanding of Civil & Structural Engineering activities and deliverables for the project and ensure timely completion of project deliverables to the required quality standards.

• Knowledge of Design requirements for executing multi-discipline EPC projects and information of Local Statutory compliance related to process plants Strong understanding of plant safety and able to implement safety in plant design.

• Good knowledge of industry codes and standards. Experience of BS codes and American codes is a added advantage.

• Shall be able to prepare resolutions for Technical queries in consultation with Seniors for resolving queries from Design partners, Vendors and site team. Shall be able to understand vendor drawing from Upstream Disciplines to use input for Civil & Structural design. Provide Optimal, Cost effective Solution by co-ordinating with all other disciplines and obtaining design/Engineering approval from Client, Consultants, TPIA, EPC/PMC and Statutory bodies for all Project Deliverables.

• Sound knowledge of calculating loading input for design of structures such as Wind load, Seismic Loads, Buoyancy loads, EOT cranes.

• Lead the Electrical Engineering activities and deliverables for the project and ensure timely completion to the required quality standards. Execute technical work for FEED/DD within designated Cost Time & Resource (CTR) scopes. Develop concept and feasibility studies for new and modification of existing facilities.
